  23. Imho DPS is an excellent company that puts out a quality product and no one
  24. here will deny that. my own personal experiences with dps tech support have
  25. always been quick and positive.oO(been a bit but the name eric springs to
  26. mind )..

  28. lets face it no one likes to wait forever on hold long distance etc and the
  29. end user would be better supported if there was ack hate to  say it ..but a
  30. bit more of a corporate presence on the net..DPS is totally lagging there
  31. but there are people out there with personal par and pvr homepages....
